Don't do it unless you want to wait even longer. As candian_wife said you would have to cancel you application and go through the whole CR1-process which can take a very long time.
So my advise would be to just wait as hard as it is!

i agree with them... you already waited for so long... what is 30days compared to more than a year of waiting as you will start all over filing for spousal visa.... more patience... after 30days follow up your application. K1 approvals nowadays are faster...
