I petitioned for my husband May 1.2013 received my NOA1 hard copy May 9,2013.. I've been patiently waiting for NOA2 .. I checked the processing time for NBC it says they are processing OCT 2012 filers???? they have been processing the same month when I checked the processing time again for this month it still says they processing the same month???? is it moving at all?? how long do I have to wait?? it says that my receipt is in Overland Ks

Be patient. It can take a day or a year with USCIS. No one will be able to tell you exactly how long it will still take. That's just the way it is.

Hi mark thank you for your reply my mom filed for my dad year 2012 and it wasn't as bad as this:( I guess I just really have to wait.. it's just sad that when I keep tracking there processing times it's not moving at all:(

Yes, it was actually a later date when I applied on March 20th. Then the website said they were processing Oct. 22, 2012. Now it says Oct. 1, 2012. Apparently they haven't processed anything in the 7+ months I've been waiting, and in fact have gone backwards. When I asked a tier 2 about this last week, he had no explanation at all for it.

Hi Kaylara thank you for your reply I did not notice the date until you told me I guess that is one thing to be disappointed about USCIS again:/ on their website it says the prcossesing time for NBC is 11months I won't be surprised if they extend that more:((

It's sad, but I can't believe any information from them. They have yet to give me anything with any details in it (besides the 'just wait' line) that has turned out to be true. I didn't pay them to be lied to over and over again.

Hi r060106 yup that's true:(( when I checked the timeline of people who filed in NBC some of them have been waiting for 7/8 months or more just for NOA2:/

Only problem is when it's at the NBC. Then you get an email response from the service centers telling you that they don't have your file, or that you wrote to the wrong place.
