Change of Address issue

So, I've been using visajourney as my guide over the last few months while working to get a visa with my fiance, who is from Ukraine. We received a text that our NOA2 would be coming and was sent to the NVC. I received the letter from the NVC 1 week ago stating that the case is off to Kyiv and we can schedule our interview. Now, we've submitted the DS-160 and she'll be going tomorrow to make the $240 deposit.

I still have a few questions, however.

1. I never received a hard copy of the NOA2. I'm hoping it will still come, as it's only been about 4 weeks. Is that possible, or should I start calling USCIS? I travel for work, so it is extremely hard to find good times to call them.

The most pertinent question, however is this:

2. She recently moved from her dormitory to her brothers apartment. For the first month or so, she still 'lived' there (it is where her passport is registered), and she had her things there. However, she has just recently fully moved in with her brother. She has already been approved at USCIS and the packet is at the embassy. When we filled out the DS-160, we wrote her address as her dormitory, with her brother's house being listed as the 'mailing address.'

Is that ok/legal, as that is where her passport is still registered? Should we simply write her brothers address as her only and current address? there seems to be little guidance that I can find, but I'm hoping someone has some information to lead me in the right direction.
