Hi all!

I am about to complete and submit an N 400 naturalization application for myself ( I have been a permanent resident since 01/23/09 and still married to same U.S citizen spouse). My question is this -

1.) Is my underage daughter included with my application ( she is 15 & has been a permanent resident since 07/24/13, my spouse is also her step-mother) or,

2.) do we need to complete a separate application for her?

Any and all assistance greatly appreciated! Many thanks!

hi

only for information purposes, once you become a USC, then she will derive your citizenship

once you have your certificate of naturalization, you can get her a US passport and if you want to get a certificate, you can file the N600, it's optional.

Many thanks to you both!

I shall get the paperwork in the mail this week.

Oh, one final question/thought - should I include copies of her permanent resident card also?
