Hello!!!!

Here I am once again at Visajourney. I think it is incredible how much help, support and even just commiseration the people on this site provide each other. Maybe we could get congress to look at this as an example of how to cooperate and get things done. OK, before I get kicked into another forum, I better ask my question.

Below is a list of the documents Paula and I are sending with our I751 application. Please look at it and let me know if there are any glaring errors or ommisions. Here is the list:

  6. Copy of IRS Form 1040 from our 2012 joint federal tax return.

  8. Letter from DFAS showing Paula as recipient of George's Survivor Benefit Plan.

  9. Copies of our mortgage, deed showing Paula and George as co-owners

Your list of inclusions looks good and definitely shows an ongoing financial and personal relationship between the two of you that covers the period of your marriage. You shouldn't have any problems.

I did go through your list and remove any personal information that was sensitive due to security concerns or personal concerns such as full names, addresses, names of service providers, etc. as these are not necessary for anyone on this list to have in order to assess your submission, and since anyone can access Visa Journey even if they are not members, you don't want personally identifying information posted on line for security reasons.

Good luck!

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
