I put ITIN numbr instead of SSN in I-130, would that cause a problem?

hello! I just realized I put a wrong entry in I-130 form.

Since we have been filing a joint income tax, all I thought was the 9-digit number provided by the IRS for my wife was her SSN and it's I just yesterday when I discovered it was actually her ITIN number .

So when I filled up the form last July and asked about my wife's SS number, I entered the her ITIN number (knowing at that time it was her SSN).

In your opinion, dear VJs, do you think this will hurt the decision of uscis? or they can just readily recognize an ITIN from a valid SSN?

Kindly help me.
