I sent my I-130 to the Pheonix lockbox. NOA1 came fron the Kansas office. USCIS customer service told me that I need to mail my I-129f to the address on my NOA1(Kansas). He stated that the processing times for I-130 were 11 months and that the I-129f was 5-6 months. Just curious if anyone else has gone this route with NBC in Overland Park, KS?

I'm pretty sure I-129f/K-3 petitions have to be sent to Dallas Lockbox.

USCIS Customer Service is often called misinformation line, so I wouldn't believe anything they say.

When two people are meant for each other, no time is too long, no distance is too far, no one can ever tear them apart.

Ok, so I called again to verify from a very helpful USCIS customer service agent and my I-130 is at NBC in Kansas and my I-129f is to be and has now been sent to the same place where it will be linked with my I-130. The agent actually read word for word the process to which i have begun which is laid out faifly clear on this site but not necessarily so clear on the USCIS site! I feel much more comfortable after this phone call.

If followed mailing instructions exactly as stated on the USCIS website and forms.

- Submitted my I-130 to Arizona 9/27/13 and got NOA1 on 10/2/13 indicating NBC Kansas.

- Submitted my I-129F for K3 to Texas and got NOA1 on 10/21/13 indicating NBC Missouri.

A little bit cautious about some USCIS Helpline Agents - some of them sound like they're reading from a script and get kinda stuck when you ask them something that slightly deviates from their script.

my I-130F was sent to Kansas and my I-129F was sent to Misourri. But when I called USCIS, I was told that both of the petitions are actually in Misourri

11/17/2016: Got engaged
11/28/2016: I-130 sent to Chicago IL lock box
