If that were true you would be right but typically when we are involved in Student groups or sports teams we know our fellow students much better, sometimes strong lifelong bonds form... as may be the case here.

Did you miss the part where they we involved in the club which was based around one thing... race? (you know, that meaningless thing)

Home to a friend of Michelle? Where did you get that information? Michelle and this SVP at the company in question happened to graduate from Princeton in the same year. As were hundreds of other women. There were fewer graduates in the graduating class of my university back in the day and I would be hard pressed to name more than a handful of them. I never knew the vast majority of these graduates.

Well the plot thickens Yes she did not know her right..You Libs denial of everything is so cute.

If this had been George Bush it would be the lead story on the CBS news tonight

More evidence

Michelle Obama and CGI Federal executive belonged to student group at Princeton that hosted pro-terrorist speaker

Read more:

First Lady Michelle Obama and her Princeton classmate whose company received the no-bid government contract to build the HealthCare.gov Obamacare website were both members of a black student organization that caused a tense scene on campus by inviting a PLO leader who advocated for terrorism.

Michelle Obama ’85 and her classmate Toni Townes-Whitley ’85, a senior vice president at CGI Federal, were both students at the university when their groups the Organization of Black Unity (OBU) and the Third World Center (TWC) engaged in a confrontation with Jewish students on campus.

Michelle Obama was a member of both the OBU and TWC during her time at Princeton (1981-85). Townes-Whitley also belonged to OBU and TWC.

“It was an ugly scene, but few expected perfect harmony when the OBU, in conjunction with the Third World Center (TWC), invited Hassan Rahman, the Palestine Liberation Organization’s deputy UN observer, to appear on campus,” according to a January 25, 1982 Princeton Alumni Weekly (Volume 82) article entitled “War of Words” in the column “On the Campus” by Ted Lempert ’83.

Rahman “reiterated the PLO’s position that the Palestinians deserve a homeland and that they are entitled to use terrorism to achieve their goal, just as American revolutionaries did against the British.”

“We have the right to kill them if they are traitors and negotiate with the Israelis,” Rahman said of non-PLO supporting Palestinians at the event.

“The OBU met with Jewish students to discuss the event, and Hillel leaders affirmed Rahman’s right to speak on campus… As about 400 students poured into McCosh 50, tension replaced this short-lived calm. The entire center section of the auditorium had been reserved for TWC members, most of whom are black. The remainder of the audience, mostly Jews, filled the outer sections. OBU’s Murphy stepped to the microphone, but instead of giving a standard welcome and introduction, he noted the ‘subdued controversy’ surrounding the speech and noted that disruptions ‘would not be tolerated.’ He even mentioned the possibility of disciplinary action or prosecution. Patrolling the room were a dozen OBU members wearing security badges, a supplement to the university proctors manning the doorways. Before Rahman had said a word, hopes of a congenial atmosphere were dashed.”

“For the question-and-answer session, OBU monitors took down the names of those wishing to ask questions. No questions could exceed one minute, and follow-up questions were not allowed. Because of time restraints, only the first person on each list was recognized.

So I ask again, how do you know that these two Princeton grads are friends? Right, you don't.

I would suspect they are a lot more likely to be buds than say..... Bush and random companies in the oil business, yet we never stopped hearing about his "oil buddies" and how he was looking out for them.

I don't expect you to be right all the time but I do expect you to be consistent.

Toni Townes-Whitley, a college classmate of Michelle Obama and a senior executive at besieged Obamcare website contractor CGI Federal, has visited the White House several times for both personal and professional reasons.

Thats' from WH visitor log.

And yet even per your own right wing fringe source all these times that she was in the White House on business, she never found the time to catch up with her supposedly dear friend Michelle. When one attends Princeton and Harvard, one is bound to end up in leadership positions and cross paths repeatedly with other people in leadership positions - some of which are bound to also have attended either Princeton or Harvard or both. That does not make a scandal no matter how much you right wing fringe loons want it to.

I would suspect they are a lot more likely to be buds than say.....

Of course you would. And yet, there's still no actual evidence of that.

As usual selective reading or selective comprehension, she was visiting for personal and business visit. She made few visit by herself.

You know Townes joined CGI in May 2010 and by Dec 2010 they had become good friends with Obamas that they celebrated Christmas with them.

There are five visits logged. Four of those were business visits with administration officials (all named in the article and not one of them with person with surname "Obama"). That leaves the White House Christmas gathering of 2010. That's your smoking gun?

Are you that dumb or you act dumb?

Lets go with your theory - they did not know each other and Townes only made 5 visit to WH and they become best buds to celebrate christmas at WH?

By the way the pics were posted on Townes personal FB page.

NOw that reasoning is choice.

While it's true most people at the top levels often come from the same backgrounds..... you take it to the absurd by suggesting these multiple meetings were for the rest of graduates from such colleges. Of course we are talking about a pool of tens of thousands of people.

White house must just be humming nonstop with Ivey league folks buzzing in and out.

Why not just admit the connection, when you resist something that is so obvious you diminish your credibility on any subject.

A WH Christmas gathering is one of those social events where hundreds of people are invited for a variety of reasons. It's not only "best friends" of the first family. And someone would post a picture of themselves with the President and First lady at the WH on facebook? Say it isn't so. Again, if their presence at the WH Christmas gathering and their picture with the Obamas is your smoking gun, then you've got not much at all.

Oh and acting dumb is your parroting the right wing echo chamber.

Your reasoning is nonsense. The fact that many Ivy League graduates have not been honored with an invite tot he White House does not in any way support the claim that the invite to a single event three years ago is evidence of some close friendship between these two Princeton graduates. Not at all. And yet, that is the only support you have for your ridiculous claim of that supposed friendship between the two. You've got nothing, Danno. Why not just admit that?
