Good day my visa journey friends - I am trying to figure out something here, I am seeing K1 visas issued like crazy, some within a week or just a little over among other cases - and I am wondering what is happening with mine as they have all the required documents - I have no criminal records, I have been married almost 10 years and we have a 9 year old daughter and yet we have been treated as if we committed a crime and being held at ransom - 14 long weeks waiting, they said most AP cases are resolved within 60 days and our 60 days has passed - so whats next, are we suppose to just call it a day and my wife come back home so we can be a family again - seems as if that's the only solution right now, this is frustrating.

I know you are tired of hearing this, but hang in there. It IS quite emotional, especially when you are seeing others getting in and out of the process quickly. It does suck, especially since no will confirm for you what the hold-up is. I know it has been thrown out there the possiblity of contacting a senator/congressperson. Have you tried this approach?

It is - and my wife has actually contacted her senator and we will see what happens from there on, thanks for the suggestion and encouragement.
