MESSENGERS and SKYPE / She can hear me I cant hear Her

I been having a problem for a while now with using Skype and yahoo messenger as well. She can hear me fine no problems with video chat but I can Not hear her at all. Im using my cell phone app she is on he laptop. Now I did talk to her niece from my Skype to her Skype -she was using a cell phone like I was,

It seems that the problem is solved with cell phone to cell phone but when it is with my fiances laptop its not working correctly. She uses it to talk to family from hr laptop to their laptop no problems,

Has anyone had this problem ?

I've had it, pc to handphone.

no issues, pc to pc or handphone to handphone.

change yer gear. IMO.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
