Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else has been having issues with the www.ustraveldocs.com/au site? The error message says "Your request cannot be processed at this time. The site administrator has been alerted."

I need to create an account to pay and schedule my interview in Sydney. I am just a little frustrated at the moment.

I am having this same issue - did you end up finding out what the issue was?

INTERVIEW: 07/16/15 - Approved!


POE: 08/03/15


MARRIED: 09/25/15


AOS SENT & EAD: 10/09/15


NOA 1 AOS: 10/16/15


BIOMETRICS: 11/09/15

Same issues here, any updates on how to resolve this, or are we doing something wrong... ? ... At least i was able to fill out my ds160 and store it for now.

Just try clicking the 'forgot password' link. I swear i didn't already have an account but when i did this and "reset" my password it worked for me... (hope that made sense)
