Need answer what to tell my friend to do.

His Interview in Kingston is scheduled for Nov 4th, the soonest he can go for Medical is Oct 31st at Andrews Memorial. They told him they will not have his results ready on time for interview. What are his options, what should he do? Can he reschedule interview and if so how? Or should he go to interview anyways and what will happen with visa in that case?

No - he should not miss the interview at all. If he gets the medical report for the interview is good but if not then he can submit later days. It won't affect his interview at all but by rescheduling he will be experiencing delay of weeks and weeks to get the next appointment.

We had a similar issue. Definitely don't miss the interview. If all goes well, they will issue a temporary refusal saying they are missing documents. Hand in the medical when it's available.

Good luck!

I had my medical done the same day as the interview, is not a problem just a small delay if your medical is fine you ll be good to go. At the time of the interview, they will give u a 221g for missing yet the documentation for the medical , dont worry as long ur medical is good, your visa will be issued soon.

He needs to reschedule his interview. He will not be approved without his medical packet. Why go through the mess of having to bring back his medical, and it gets lost from his files.

Yes its better to reschedule the interview, i would start contacting the embassy now. I had to reschedule my october 1 interview and got a new date for the 15th and all went well.

I was in a similar situation where my fiance interview was for october 15 but he needed to get his hep-b shot which is a series of 3 and it wouldnt have been ready by the interview date.I emialed the embassy and ask them to reschedule and they gave me a new date november 18th which is 30days later. Good luck with whatever decision you make......
