please i am a DV2014 grantee ....

1>presently i study in another country and will like to carryout my Visa interview here will transferring my case be any of a problem.

2> KCC asked me to refer to the visa bulletin to find out on what case number is been processed and i did on several occassioins but just can't figure where to spot the current case number they working on and for sure i was on the right website (http://travel.state....letin_6168.html)..dancin5hr.gif .please could you help me out i need answers...

Also, there is a search function. You can find answers about he visa bulletin already posted.

To transfer your case, contact KCC. If you're doing AOS, search - plenty of threads.

If you are legally in another country you can interview there. Starting in Oct they work the 2014 visas look at the bulletin for your regional group current number you qwill still interview by that number no matter where you are

Ok sorry if I sounded a bit harsh. But these questions have been answered a number of times!

It's also confusing what you want. Your first post makes it sound like you're studying outside the US but your profile says you're doing AOS?
