Headache! we went to the SSI office yesterday =to apply (get) a social security Card. Lady there looked at my Fiancees I-94 & passport = said the names were not correct!! Names between both must be =EXACT!! The customs agent in the port of entry = left off her (part of) 1st name!!

Lucky- after somke 4 diff govt agencys -i find out its common for this to happen -due to the agent that fills out the I-94 just screws up!! the easiest way to have corrected is to go to a Border & customs agency & show them the passport & i-94 & they will immediately correct it!! Free = we wree told there its common & they do this all the time too!! BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!headbonk.gif

We did the same thing too three weeks after POE. We had to go to the Kansas Border & Customs Agency because the officer in Seattle never finished our paperwork. We were advised we could file a complaint but we never got the Seattle officer's name :|

  • xx-xx-2005 - Met in an online creative writing forum for anime (Yes, we are nerds. Awesome ones, at that.) Became friends ever since and chatted mostly on YM. Our characters' names were Kumi and Drake.
  • 11-20-2011 - We became a couple.
