How long does it take to receive a call from American Express after the case status online says issued?

My husband lost his phone and now has a new number, which he wanted to change at American Express in case they call soon, but we don't know when to expect the call.

My husband called American Express and they said there is no mail on Fridays and weekends and told him to call back on Monday. I guess he will have to call them everyday or try to go there personally to change his contact number.

And by the way, this may be a little off topic, but could you please tell me if the packet 4 / appointment letter sent by the US Consulate was regular / postal mail or was it received via email. I am just curious and also a little worried.
