Quick help please.

Should Petitioner G-325A Applicant name should include Petetioners detail or Beneficiarys? or vice versa?

Heres the picture:

Also about the forein fiance petition, I worked at my dad company for the last 5 years so i dont have any stubs/payment records because i don't have a fixed salary from my dad so if i were to mention that in the foreign fiance G-325A, is there any way they could ask for financial record of my employment throughout the process? Like interview or for AOS?

Thanks for the help!

Since I-129F package require each G-325A form from both of you, so each applicant should put theirs on there, petitioner and beneficiary. I've checked mine and my fiance and both us filled out the box. Another question, let other VJers shed some light for you since I have been working for the last 10 years in some private company and I am the beneficiary. Good luck.

I already have G325A Example form but theres only one form which is a example form of "Foreign Fiance" G-325A which includes beneficiary's name which does make sense because it mentions "Applicants name" rather then the filers name so thats why i was confused to put the petitioners name in petitioners G-325A Applicants name.

The applicant is the person filling out the form. When the beneficiary fills it out, they put in the information pertaining to themselves. When petitioner fills it out, they put in their own information.

As for the work situation, if you are the petitioner, you must somehow prove how much you earn. If you don't have pay stubs, do you have tax returns? Can your dad, as company director, provide some sort of statement as to the the nature of your earnings? You need to have something, some sort of document, with which you can prove your income. If not, consider asking someone to co-sponsor.

You each have to complete G-325A forms. You will end up with 2 forms (1 beneficiary and 1 petitioner)

Salary for beneficiary does not affect your petition at all.
