RFE for MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE?!

OK, we were there and married. We always took the stairs because it took too long to wait for the elevator.

:D We took the stairs too. So it's the right place. There must be either a mix up or something not in order that they're looking for that shows it's official.

Yup we got them!!

So what the hell........

Then it's a mix up or delay tactic. Make sure everything is in order and then reissue the arabic and english version with a letter of explanation that this is the civil authority recognized on their website and please advise further if something else is required.

Timeline

It is required to send the certificate and the translation. Both should have been sent with the packet. The translation is required to be completed at a specific place & registered at the foreign ministry. Inshallah you completed all of those steps... if so & the lady helping didn't send the arabic certificate with the translation then they are asking for the certificate.
