Hi guys,

We have filed my daughter petition last month. I am now curious what we will need to do next and how long is the process? To those Vj members who's recently in the process of petitioning their stepchild please give me inputs guys.

We submitted on July 1 for my 15 yo stepson and still waiting for approval. Next step are the NVC forms. I would also like to know how long it is taking for I130 and if shutdown backed things up. Are you a US citizen? It is faster if you are. (I am.)
