The I94 expired?

Mine is valid until December 28, 2013.

Will it affect the AOS process if we apply it on January 2014? (My passport has been stolen and consulate said that it will take three weeks to get my new passport, geez!!!)

So long as you're married within the 90 days you're fine. You might have to provide evidence as to why you filed for AOS outside of the 90 days but having your passport stolen is a pretty good reason, I'd say.


Is your passport got stoled with I-94 attached?

I-94s are now electronic. No more white forms.
