We filled for our son back in April. I just got off the phone with USCIS and the representative stated that we are within the time frame for I130 at this office seeing as they just now started working on application for OCTOBER 2012. Does this sound right to y'all? This is heartless.

Sorry I didn't see your reply soon. Thanks for taking the time to answer. I should have thick skin by now. My husband's process took 2 years. I guess I had hoped it would go faster since we're dealing a child here. oh, well. Waiting...
