thank you but can you tell which one he will choose? these are the choices

We offer 4 kinds of appointments for a case that you have already filed. Please choose from the following - Order from Immigration Court - If you were directed to us for processing based on an order from the Immigration Judge. You must bring all documents required in the post order instructions given to you by the court.

Case Processing Appointment - If you received a notice to go to your local office for further case processing.

EAD inquiry appointment - If your I-765 employment authorization application has been pending for more than 90 days.

Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. You must bring the Service Request ID Number related to your inquiry to the appointment.

I know how you feel I am the U.S. citizen who applied for my wifes I-130

and our priority date on our NOA 1 is Jan 22nd 2013. I have contacted

my congressman and my senator and I have even been to the USCIS

office in Atlanta but nothing I do to try to help my wife be here with me

seems to be working. Our papers also say initial review and we are getting

discouraged. I have an appointment to go back to Atlanta Nov. 1st maybe

I will have some luck then.

This is crazy man.

I just DONT F****** UNDERSTAND why they don't approve petitions in the order they receive them ?

Im happy for everyone who gets approved, but it's not FAIR to approve petitions from april or may, and you have bunch of people waiting from january and february for example.

This whole thing is bunch of BS.

MSC

I-130 Received date April 24, 2013

NOA1 April, 26 2013
