IN TRANSIT!!! Finally after 2 1/2 weeks in AP for a K-1, we are in transit. Have been trying to figure out what additional checks they had to do since they dont process the K-1 at the NVC. BUT who cares now, lol.

We are on our way!!!!

Trying to find the link to track process with DOS as someone said once that will show ehen Consulate receives. but cant find the link, anyone know what it is?

Did you happen to receive an email notification from NVC when your case shipped? We have been there for 8 days so far.

WOOHOOO!! Now says Ready, how is that? Was it sent electronically too? Can we start bugging the consulate for packet 3? LOL, have been seeing it takes 2 weeks to get interview letter for an appointment 4 weeks later at Johannesburg, south Africa consulate, from time packet 3 is sent back. Just trying to shave off every day of wait I can.

They send it electronically and also the physical file. Give them a day and then start bugging them.

No we didnt, I checked it last night on the CEAC site and said At NVC. Just for giggles checked 2 hours later and wow, In Transit. Now today has gone to Ready.

Congrats anyways? I am sorry but I think I may be taking the context of you message wrong because it feels offensive. What is there in my posts that would be alarming or offensive to NVC? or you? Unlike some other members on here I haven't even said an unkind word about the stress caused by their rudeness or lack of information.
