You can send them documents through CITIC bank, correct?

It seems China Post might have misplaced all the financial documents I sent to my fiancee. The package should be there by today, but it hasn't shown up yet, and the last scan point on the tracking was at customs.

She has scanned copies of all the forms, but I'm sure the consulate will ask for the originals. When they ask for the originals (I'm assuming I have to send new copies) will my fiancee have to return to Guangzhou?

and click through to get the document delivery cover sheet (CITIC BANK TO IV Unit)

They will ask her on interview day, and if she's not given it over,

she gets a 221G letter (Yay ! Yer approved, but send us stuff ! )

They won't ask her later. It's only on interview day. The days of a call-in letter are past.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I'm not finding the cover sheet on the ustraveldocs website. (ETA: Never mind. My brain was apparently incapable of seeing the links right in front of me.)

Right, that's what I meant "after the interview." Having completed the interview, they hand her a piece of paper asking for more documentation.

Thanks for the help! Sorry that I am always in crisis mode. I do my best to do things right, but either I miss something or just life happens and makes it harder (like these forms not getting delivered)
