Hello there everyone!!

Are there any other October fillers? Let's get do this journey together wink.png

We sent in the I-129f package on October 15th to Lewisville, TX. Yesterday, October 23th my fiance got the NOA1 text&email...

Now let's wait....

AOS from K1

April 15, 2014 - Mailed AOS package: I-485, I-765, I-131

April 18 - Package delivered

April 22 - 3 Texts&emails notification for Receipt Notice

April 26 - Hard copy of NOA for I-485, I-765, I-131

May 1 -Received appointment letter for May 19th, in Philly, PA

May 19 - Successfully Biometrics appointment done

May 29 - EAD and AP status online changed to "Card/Document Production" (EAD) and "Post decision activity" (AP)

June 3 - EAD sent out for delivery

August 2 - Interview Waiver Letter received in mail dated 7/29

Feb 12, 2015 - EAD/AP renewal mailed

Feb 19, 2015 - Got 7 text & 7 emails notification - case received (EAD)

GREEN CARD IN PRODUCTION/CASE APPROVED APRIL 15, 2015

April 8th, 2015 - EAD renewal approved

April 16th, 2015 - EAD mailed

April 18th, 2015 - EAD received

April 20, 2015 - Welcome to America letter received

April 21, 2015 - Green card mailed

April 23, 2015 - Green card delivered

March 2010 - First started talking
May 2010 - Officially acknowledged relationship
September 2010 - Michelle moves to Vancouver, BC to start nursing school!
May 2011 - 1 year anniversary
October 2011 - Michelle graduates and becomes LPN, moves back to Edmonton, AB
May 2012 - 2 year anniversary + first visit! <3<3<3
August 2012 - 2nd visit
April 2013 - 3rd visit
May 2013 - 3 year anniversary
August 2013 - Tim starts courses to advance his skill base in career!
September 2013 - 4th visit
October 2013 - gathering of documents to file K1 visa petition

I wish we had a cute engagement story, but after a year of being together we began talking about marriage and it was a mutual agreement that we loved each other and wanted to spend our lives together. I guess we proposed to each other in a sense wub.png... we both said yes!! lol

I filed mine on Oct 12th then I received a text Oct 15th saying the package was recived and that i will receive the hard copy in the mail. Hard copy (NOA1) came on Oct 24th. Moving right along!

We got the Alien Registration Number!! "On November 1, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)."
