I told Lirio that one of the medical exam requirements is to bring your medical records. She went to the hospital that she normally visited for care and they told her they could not find her medical records. Will she be able to complete her St. Luke's medical center (Manila) exam without them? If not, what should we do from here?

Thanks for the help and Happy Holidays!

This is not a huge deal....at the interview the Dr will interview her and decide what shots she needs as per her age.....not having her record is not a problem

That's really good news...thanks! Will there be any issue if she plans to wait 'till she gets here for her vaccinations? If she does wait 'till she get here for that, will she still have to go to Day 2 of the medical exam?

Claudeth didn't take any medical records with her to her physical at St Lukes and had no problems. One think, make sure you keep the paper they give you because you will need to file that with the AOS. I can't remember the form number. Good luck
