She was crucified for not having a clue about foreign policy, no one really gave a toss about whether you could or couldn't see parts of Russia from Alaska, it was the fact that that seemed to be the sum total of her knowledge about Russia, period. I am surprised anyone anywhere considers her of any relevance at all, considering her lack of acumen, sticking power and common sense but hey, if she's what floats your boat, that's absolutely fine.

My point was, What does it matter if that's true? We are under no obligation to celebrate these holidays in any particular way, so why would anyone attack them? It's an idiotic idea that they are under attack and to write a book suggesting that they are is the height of folly.

You don't have to imagine it, it's true. There is a small minority of religious zealots that think that there is an attack on christian holidays. The rest of the country knows there isn't and that this is a non issue. You align yourself with the zealots, that's fine but it doesn't make your view right or prevalent.
