Its ttrue that god cannot grant visas but still god is the one who knows whats gonna happen and i ttrust him and I pray everyday so everything tto go right! Thanks anyways for answering my question I appreciate it smile.png

Wow I tell you what GOD sure had plans for me that I never saw coming. I have had opportunities that few people have had on this earth. GOD has blessed me to share time and space with a woman that he designed himself, just for me. I've not only been blessed, I have been divinely favored. Thank you GOD for my beautiful wife Zoila.

I also believe in God and will pray for you and your fiance.

Aloha Ke Akua

God (pbuh) wants you to call into the DoS Hotline, asap, and inquire for casefile status.

SHE told me this, moments ago.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I'm sorry for being so "mean" (really,... you think that's mean? You must've been cuddled your whole life), but I was just trying to give you a dose of reality.

You need to chill out, actually you are being quite rude. Just because you told the OP what you think the truth is, is no reason to be rude and condescending. Often a status will change to AP for a day or so right before it's issued. It does not automatically mean the OP is destined to be in AP for months or years.

To the OP: there is no way for anyone here to know exactly what is going on. Seems to me they just didn't get the visa printed in time. The only way to find the real answer is to email the IV unit at the embassy, and/or call the DoS(there is no such thing as the dop that you keep referring to). Best of luck and keep us updated.

Hi OP,

Everyone is in Administrative Processing until they get their visa. So please try not to worry too much for the sake of your peace of mind. If the consular say you are approved, you should be approved. It seems like their printing didn't catch up, like others say.

I understand your worries as our case status on CEAC site was "Administrative Processing" for some time.

Best,

JJ

The same thing happened to my fiance. He had his interview and was given a slip and told to come bakc in 2 weeks. WHen he returned he was told his file went into Administrative Processing for the required additional background checks by the FBI ( because he was from one of the 26 countries known for terrorism). WHich was 3 months long. His interview was in December and the Administrative Process was complete and his visa was granted in March but he did not receive his stamped passport until April due to the fact the COnsulate was short staffed.

YOu can call the USCIS directly or the State Department and they will give you status updates, which is what I did, they are very nice and helpful.

Don't freak out just yet- happened to my fiance and I too. He was approved on Oct 7 and was supposed to pick it up on the 15th. On the 11th we went into AP. There were 2 holidays right after that. Visa wasn't ready until the 19th or 21 I believe. Just be paitent. Don't get too worried yet. If it stays there for more than a few weeks, I'd call. Are you checking ceac.state.gov?

OP is going through Lebanon, so you would expect AP of the non standard variety.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
