I see it is just safe for the criminals across the pond. What a society . The average common folk cannot walk the street.

They were not criminals until they assaulted him and he was no innocent minding his own business, he was a belligerent young man boozing in the streets late at night. That you make this bizarre interpretation out of it is your own affair. Average common folk are a lot safer in the UK than the US and I have statistics that back that up which I have posted before.
