HAs anyone received interview date yet, who has filed from NYC yet? I am still waiting for the date.

08/01/2013 : I-130, I-485 and I-765 sent.


08/07/2013: e-mail and text received from USCIS.


08/12/2013: received hard copy.


08/22/2013: received hard copy of biometrics for 09/06/2013.


09/06/2013: Biometrics done


09/11/2013: I-485 status changed to 'testing and Interview"


09/23/2013: Received text and email- EAD in production


09/27/2013: EAD card mailed.


09/30/2013: EAD card received. Still waiting for Interview date.


12/23/2013: Interview scheduled for January 29,2014. Waiting for hard copy.


01/29/2014: Green card approved and card in production. dancin5hr.gif

08/12/2013: received hard copy.


08/22/2013: received hard copy of biometrics for 09/06/2013.


09/06/2013: Biometrics done


09/11/2013: I-485 status changed to 'testing and Interview"


09/23/2013: Received text and email- EAD in production


09/27/2013: EAD card mailed.


09/30/2013: EAD card received. Still waiting for Interview date.


12/23/2013: Interview scheduled for January 29,2014. Waiting for hard copy.

My PD is August 23 and i received RFE on Sep 13. They received my RFE response on Oct 1 but i have not received my biometrics notice yet. Its been more than two months. Any one else going through the same situation?

What should i do?

Still waiting for Interview date.. almost 2 months now that my status has been in "testing and Interview Status". This is very frustrating. Hoping to get the date very soon!!!
