dear friends,

i just wanna be cautious as to whether i've done the right thing or not. as you may know, today i received my delbros visa packet.

there are two plastics in the packet, i'll call it the delbros plastic and the plastic of the brown envelope and passport. now, my question is that how will i be able to get my passport inside the plastic of the brown envelope if they say that i should not open it until i get to the POE? What I did is that i opened the Delbros plastic and cut a small portion on the right side of the plastic of the brown envelope? is this correct?

kindly help co'z i'm confused!

.

Just don't open the brown envelope, not the plastic holding it together with your passport

The brown envelope itself is still sealed, right? You can take your passport out, you just can't open the brown envelope.

Ditto - If you do, by accident, open the brown envelope go back to the embassy to get it resealed!
