nebraska and california service center slow or fast?

what is first three alphabet of your case number ? If MSC then it should be in NBC Missouri

Yeah its starting with MSC. But i heard that petitions are being transferred to local offices. i m wondering my petition gonna be routed to any local offices. i need to know that exactly

yes they are transferring but you said it is in initial review so that mean it has not been transferred any where ..

If it transfer then you will get hard copy as well as email.& will update in your control panel where you see the initial review

Right now they are transferring April filers application to local offices and service centers after each 2 weeks ( Bi weekly ) according to Postal code of the petitioner.

So your case may be transfer in feb or march

You have already shown intent of immigration by filing CR1 visa, so I think they will probably deny any other visa application but no harm in trying.

i can tell csc is very slow i had to wait 8 long months to get my noa2

California is currently treating Dec 2013 applications. I have seen couple of approvals. So i would say California is kinda fast at the moment. Average processing is 85 days.
