Hi Vj family,

Kindly help us in filling out DS 260. One question, similar to DS 230 line 31a&b, which asks if the spouse, who is the petitioner,is migrating to the US with the beneficiary, whereas, the petitioner is already in the US.

We're quite confused with this question, because if we click,no,we were brought to anotherquestion.

Please, help...

We appreciate all comments.

Thank you.

If the petitioner who is also the spouse is already in the us then you say no....what is the other question when you click no?

If you answer no then the question that pops up asks if spouse will be joining you later.
