Please rest assured that as soon as the administrative processing is completed, the Embassy will contact you immediately using the contact information you provided in your DS-230 application form. If you have not heard from the Embassy after six months from the date of this response, you may send a follow-up inquiry
If your contact numbers or any information from your DS-230 has changed, please notify us using the Immigrant Visa Unit’s web-based e-mail submission form at http://islamabad.usembassy.gov (use the links Immigrant Visas ---> Contact Information --> Immigrant Visa Inquiries).

It won't accomplish anything; AP takes as long as it takes.

When the embassy is ready for fresh documents they will ask for them by calling you and sending an email.

My husband and I were also reaffirmed. Our case sat in AP for many months before we got a request for fresh documents and medical. We sent them in April 2013 and it

wasn't until September that they called my husband to come in for his interview.

You must calm down and relax. It may take a year before they work on your case. I pray it won't take that long. Just keep checking the ceac.state.gov website and write

down every time they touch your case.

Aisha you really need to chill. Don't send them anything new unless they ask. Contacting them constantly won't make the process end any faster. If anything your continuos contact will just make them angry. People have told you over and over to just let the process run it's course. They told you not to contact them for 6 months if you have not heard from them. That means don't email them at all for 6 months, period.
