I am filling out a new I-134. This is my second K1 visa process. The first one was successfully granted however that relationship didn't work out. Anyway, that is a different story. The question I have is in regard to answering this question on the I134, question 9, where it asks if I have previously submitted an I134 for someone else. Yes, I did, but that person has returned to their home country and therefore the I134 is no longer in effect. How do I answer the question? Yes, but it is no longer meaningful or No, because it is not effective any more.
