Status changed from "Card/Document Production" to "Decision"

Hello,

Earlier today, I received a text message from USCIS that our case has been updated and to go on USCIS website to check status. When I looked it up with the case number, it showed "Card/Production" and I read that my husband's Green card had been sent to production and he should receive it within 30 days. Now, just a few minutes ago, I got another text message stating our status has been updated again. I again went on the website with our case number and the status is now saying "Decision". And it says this:

"On October 22, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283."

What happened? Does this mean they changed their minds about approving him for the Green card? I'm so confused. Please advise me. Thanks.
