My husband and I are getting ready to file our I-130 application; he's just waiting for my original documents (i.e. my G-325A, passport photos..) to get delivered to him this week. I have been compiling all of our supporting documents myself, as we are not able to hire an agency or a lawyer (too expensive), so I am always worried whether I am presenting them on paper correctly. One of these concerns is the part where I include snippets of our facebook conversations and skype IM logs. For those out there who have included these in your evidences, can you help me out with how to present them on paper? Like, did you do print screen, or did you just copy/paste them on Microsoft Word (like I did on ours)? How many pages did you include? Ours right now have 4 pages in total (consisting of facebook messages) and 5 pages (skype IM and call logs). Do you think this is too much, or is it enough? I'd really appreciate any help on this.

Hi there! I took screenshots of some of our conversations, wall posts, etc on facebook, as well as skype calls, then pasted and arranged them on ms word. Ours wasnt that much, probably less than 10 pages total of wedding pics, screenshots, vacation pics, etc. :)

12.12.2013 - I-130 approved, NOA2 via email (never transferred); shipped to NVC

01.08.2014 - Case # and IIN; submitted DS-261; NVC asked for 2 contact #s of beneficiary

01.09.2014 - AOS fee billed

I forgot :( but i just included our sweet/funny convos lol :P and one page for skype.. I also took a screenshot of our call logs.. And the change in relationship status on facebook (with all the likes and some comments of friends).. And dont forget to label each screenshot and photo. :)

I had 500 pages of texts/calls, facebook and email messages (international phone via work, not a problem) over a 10 month period. What I did was give them a 10% sample (first page, every 10th page, and last page). 50 pages. Something like that. This way it showed continuity over time. My lawyer said it was more than adequate. Just got our NOA1 so I dont know if they will want more. If they want data I can bury them in data. 10 trips to Colombia in a year and over 1000 photos together, plus videos, etc. Proof of our relationship is not an issue! :)

I didn't send any of that. And since me and my wife talk/write on bosnian in that case i would have to translate everything. Right ?

Other then MC, 5 pic's and 3 Affidavit's of Bonafide Marriage i didnt send anything else.

They didnt ask to be buried in paperwork, so....and then we wonder why it takes them so long. If it was me in there working, and you send me 100 pages of your conversation i would not read it, neither would you. And people and UCIS dont, im sure.

Keep it simple.
