My gf is from China and she got a US tourist visa to visit the US. The photo on her US visa is still visible, but her face is really whited out. You can still see that it is her, but it is faded. I hope that she won't have an trouble getting back into China with her visa photo like this? I would appreciate anyone's help with this.

If a photo should be posted showing how it looks, I can do that later.

Her US visa only plays when entering the US. Considering she is already in the US, you might want to have her call the Chinese consulate to make sure her passport is not defaced to the point she might get in trouble getting on a plane back home.

Yeah, I figured that since it was her US visa photo that got soaked after she already arrived here, that it wouldn't be a problem. She just wanted me to post on here to double check. Her Chinese passport photo and the passport itself are very much intact. I don't think she will have any issues returning home. Thanks everyone.

My husband got his passport soaked (in hurricane Irene!) and most of the stamps washed out except for his Chinese stamps and Chinese visa. Still all there perfect. I thought that was odd. Why don't other places have such awesome non-running ink stamps?
