Wow, 3 months ago? an I-129F has valid up to 4 months. If I were you, I am going to inquiry them why took so long USCIS sent the petition to NVC.

yes... we already called and emails a million different places to find out what is going on, but right now nobody knows where our case is at... I am really worried that it might have gone lost!

yes! our i-129f expires Nov. 11th which is another thing that worries me.... :(

Does USCIS entertain beneficiaries who's petition already got approved? I am under the assumption that if I call to ask if my case has been sent to NVC, they will turn me down. I'd love to have my fiancee call them but due to work hours, he cant stay on the phone for hours while waiting for Tier 2

Yup, I'm the beneficiary and I got through to the NCSC. I used Skype's monthly subscription for unlimited calls to US landlines or mobiles and all the hours and hours of calls I've been making to NCSC, NVC, DOS, etc have been a grand total of $5. There are probably cheaper, or even free (magic jack?) options, but I already had Skype installed, so that was easiest for me.

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!

Yup. I have unlimited subscription monthly on Skype for almost 3 years by now beside doing video calls for free. The connection is very good compare to another services. Though it says "unlimited" but actually up to 6 hours everyday. Anyhow, still good option make calls to US.

Like I said, keep trying to track your case before it expires. Or probably involving your senator or congressman?

My cousin was approved July 31, 2013. His files was stock somewhere at the NVC we keep on calling but they just keep on telling us wait for the standard 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, we keep on calling them, and they said scan the NOA2 and send it to NVCResearch.gov and after almost 11 weeks of waiting ge got our case number last week.

Same here... We got the approval letter July 18th and are still waiting. I did the same thing, scanning the NOA2 and sending it to the NVC research, but still, nothing.

Yes, we definitely won't give up, we have come to far already! ;)

I will talk to my fiancé about that today, maybe he can get a hold of his congressman. And we will also call the NVC and USCIS again, hopefully somebody can finally tell us what happened to our case!

Good luck to everybody! heart.gif

Have you scanned the NOA-2 (hardcopy) and emailed to them? I hope both of you can sort these things out. Agree. Never give up and I am definitely very delight to hear any progress from you soon. Good luck.

Yes, I did that a couple if days ago, but so far I haven't heard anything back from them. Nevertheless I am planing on keeping on calling until somebody can finally give me some information. This is just so frustrating! Everything went quite well until now...

Thank you so much! :)

I'm so disappointed that after 30 days, USCIS has not sent out our case to NVC. Just got a response from our inquiry with NVC stating that they don't have it yet. We got approved sept. 23 by the way.

Will NVC really contact USCIS on our behalf to find out the whereabouts of our case? Should i rely on that and just wait?

Mine took exactly 6 weeks to get a case number. I would not worry too much. Their 6-8 week prediction is pretty spot on now.
