You need to focus on yourself at this point. Find a support group to talk about your feelings. I suggest co-dependents anonymous. There are no dues or fees and you can get support that way. I also suggest finding members of your community to connect with. Once you have gotten past the emotional part of this issue, ask yourself if you want to stay here in America. If you do, then find an immigration attorney and go over your options. If you don't want to stay here, then work as hard as you can to purchase a plane ticket and go back home. You have work to do, girl! You can get through this.

Peace and Blessings,

A

OP. I empathize with you and I am sorry this has happened. You made yourself vunerable and a person has walked all over you. Your husband has a very "intresting" view on life. He does not respect you, which is the cornerstone of a solid marriage which leads to trust which there seems like there is none of. You can divorce and remove conditions on your own, or divorce and go home it is up to you. But I want you to know I have been there and a cheating spouse id hard to get over. You have my total empathy. If you need support message me god bless

The OP can't remove conditions, she came on a K-1 and does not have a green card. You cannot adjust status from a K-1 by yourself, you must adjust status with your spouse or return home.
