Ok, so we had interview on October 17 and were approved. We plan on doing CFO in a couple weeks. She is 24, so she will need the Parents Advice form.

My questions are, where does she get the form, city hall? Can it be done in one day? and What is the Fee for this service? Thanks!

Hi... You can make your own parental advice form or you can go to your city hall and ask if they have the parental advice for marriage form and have it notarized by a lawyer or to a Notary Public in your place. You can search it online too.. I searched it online and went to a Notary Public today.. It took me less than 5 mins to have it notarized and it cost me 100 pesos... :)

I have links to samples of the consent/advice forms, click the link below this post.

It is a simple form, you can type one up yourself if you choose, but city hall most likely has then too. Then just get it notarized when the parents sign it. Remember to make copies of the parents ID to bring to CFO also.

Thanks Hank! Also, it is my understanding that she doesn't need the Immigrant Data Summary because its K1, is that correct?
