AOS HELP!!!!!!!!!

I married a permanent resident almost two years ago, according to the processing dates for the I-130 applications in California; my case is not even close to being reviewed. My Driver License is about to expire and I still don't have a SS number. I heard that there is a possibility for me to get some kind of document stating my pending case, that way I can renew my Driver License. Does anybody know if this is truth? Or if there is any other way to renew my driver license with out a SS card.

The oly document stating you have a pending case would be your NOA1 from you I485, but I would probably be checking this with your local dept of transport and find out exactly what you can do as it is different with every State.

For myself, I cant get a drivers licence until I get either an EAD or my greencard here in MS.

Because it's state specific, you should go look at your State DMV site and check out the requirements. Here in MA, if you can show a denial letter for a SSN and a qualified Visa type (they have a list), they will allow you to get a DL.

This is what it says at the Atlanta DMV site:

Georgia law now requires all non-citizens provide proof of lawful presence in the United States at each renewal of the driver's license or ID. You may visit any Customer Service Center and renew your license or ID with the appropriate immigration documentation.

The I-130 application does not extend your lawful presence in the U.S. You are not pending AOS with just the I-130 application. If you had married a USC and filed for AOS (I-485) in conjunction with the I-130, your lawful presence would be extended. If you have been here for 2 years, I imagine you are out of status and will not be eligible to renew your license.
