Ok I am not trying to steal your show but i got approved same day too (10/21/2013) kicking.gif . Mine took 42 days and I am still very flabbergasted right now....lol

Congratulation.

It took 8 months to get approved.

I think your case is faster then others, i heard many story they got NOA1 in January but till now didn't get NOA2

Yeah, I agree. That is total bogus. Really upsets me and makes me have no faith in this whole process, which is exacerbated by the fact that I have a child on the way. I think all U.S. Citizens' with the same NOA2 date as green card holders should have the perk of getting their I-130s approved FIRST, and then the green card holders can get theirs approved. It's only fair right? Looks like being a U.S. Citizen really doesn't hold any advantages anymore. sad.png I think I should call up the DOS and tell them I'd like to exchange my passport for a green card....
