Hello!

My fiancee is wondering if the documents that she has collected for her interview in February 2007 will be valid. They were issued in October 2006.

Does anyone know for sure?

She is in the Philippines.

Thanks in advance!

I would suggest to update everything, such as CENOMAR, NBI or if she worked in another country, the police clearances she has. sometimes, it takes a lot of time to produce such documents.

God bless,

tam

Her documents should be okay. 6 months old is considered as "current".

Just remember her medical is valid for a year and if by the time you file for her AOS that year has passed she'll need a new medical in US which usually costs more.
