My beef is tax payer money being used, and trying to recruit minority life guards for minority pools, because they will relate better and calling it diversity .

Lets just say that at a school that was 95% white, noticed that most of the kids that were hired to teach basketball were black.So students complained ,and we used taxpayer money to teach basic basketball to kids from more affluent neighborhoods in hopes of attracting more white basketball teachers, because white kids could relate to them better. All of this because whites are historically under represented in the sport of basketball.
