I know this thread is not for comments but I just wanted to point out that 7 transfers for VJ is huge when you stop and think about how small VJ is compared to the real picture (all the actual files

Just received the text from USCIS, I checked and " On October 22, 2013, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing"

I received my NOA1 on Feb 26th.

My NOa1 too was Feb 26th the update was Oct 17th then today Oct22nd

I also received the message indicating that my I-130 was transferred to another office on October 22, 2013. I received my NOA1 on February 25, 2013.

For those of you who got transferred, that information can now be entered in your timeline. It's probably better to track things that way than using the thread

11/04/2013 - NOA2

NVC:

11/25/2013 - Received at NVC

12/13/2013 - Received Case number

12/17/2013 - DS-261 Available & completed

12/18/2013 - Received email to pay AOS Fee (login error)
12/19/2013 - AOS invoice available & paid
12/23/2013 - AOS Fee 'Payment Status' changed to 'PAID'

12/23/2013 - AOS packet Sent (delivered on 12/26/13)

12/27/2013 - AOS packet in system

12/24/2013 - Received email to pay IV fee & paid IV fee
12/27/2013 - IV processing Fee 'Payment Status' changed to 'PAID'

12/27/2013 - DS-230 Form available.
01/04/2014 - DS-230 Completed

01/11/2014 - IV packet Sent (delivered: 1/13/2014)

Sorry I should have been more specific. If it gets transferred to a different service center, then you can enter it in the timeline. As far as I'm aware local office stopped receiving files in July so anyone getting transferred now is probably being transferred to a service center. They will only transfer to the local office if they need to interview the petitioner

09/30/13: Delivered

10/03/13: NOA 1 (I-130)

10/25/13: Filed I-129F

I think service centers, upon hearing they are getting thousands of I-130s, said... Nuh uh! No way. We just got through our backlogs, so get out of here.

So petitiions went to local offices instead.

6/21/2013 -Married in Stockholm, Sweden 4/16/2014- Case received at NVC

9/6/2013 -Priority Date 5/13 /2014- Case number and IIN assigned

2/25/2014 -Transferred to NSC 5/20/2014- DS-261 completed

3/31/2014 -Approved 5/21/2014- AOS fee invoiced and paid

5/22/2014- AOS package overnighted to NVC

5/28/2014- AOS scanned into the system

6/20/2014- IV invoice email (but fee still locked on CEAC )

6/23/2014- IV fee finally unlocked and paid.

IV package overnighted to NVC

6/30/2014- IV scanned in. DS260 completed.

7/1/2014- AOS accepted

7/2/2014- False checklist (AOS reviewed)

8/1/2014 False checklist (attorney's G28 reviewed)

8/2/2014 False checklist (NVC not sure why it was generated)

I am the beneficiary. 8/12/2014 CASE COMPLETE!

8/26/2014 Medical

9/2/2014 Interview... APPROVED!!!

9/5/2014 Visa in hand

11/17- Received biometrics appointment letter
