the average wait time is 12 years for siblings right now for parents the wait is about a year. Soon they will do away with sibling category, so unless you become a citizen soon, you will be unable to.

hi

it doesn't matter how old they are, there is only one category for siblings. they cannot come with your parents as there aren't any derivatives in parents' s petitions

depending on their ages, It would be best that your parents file for them. who will they stay with?

if you file for them, it will take 12 years.

Once I get my citizenship, can I bring my two brothers who will be less than 18 years old by then at the same time of my parents or it needs long time for them??

Thanks

When a US citizen petitions for a parent, only the parent will get a visa. Derivative beneficiaries are not allowed so your brothers cannot immigrate when you petition your parents.

It will take you 12 years to petition for your brothers (US citizen petitioning a sibling.).

Once your parents are LPRs, they can file for your brothers. It will be either 2 years or 8 years depending on your brothers' ages when the Priority Date becomes current.

Cool

So once my parents get their green card, they can petition for my brothers and it takes les than 10 years for them to get here.

Right?

That sounds good!

Is he under 18 years old? Or the age doesn't matter since his mom who petitioned for him?

hi,

age does matter because for unmarried children over 21, the wait is longer, many years depending on the country of origin. there are 2 categories, F2A for children under 21 of a LPR and F2B, for unmarried children over 21. he must remain unmarried.

so she has to file and he has to have his interview before 21, she has to file as soon as she gets here.

You will need to file a soon as you can because if they are close to 18 there is a strong chance that they will hit 21 before their interviews. Have you filed for citizenship ?

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
