In Part 6. Sponsor's Income and Employment, please correct the following...

[x] Item 13.a. You must include your _____2012______________________________ tax and income information.

[x] Items 13.a.1. The income you enter must match the total (gross) income reported on your most recent Federal

income tax return. If you filed Form 1040EZ, use the adjusted gross income instead.

[x]

In Part 8, Sponsor's Contract, please correct the following...

[x]

The Form I-864 we received was missing the following page(s). Please ensure you include all nine pages when you

resubmit the form.

[x]

You must submit the following financial evidence:

[x] A written statement indicating why you did not file _______2012____________________________ Federal income

tax returns.

[x] _____2012______________________________ IRS tax schedules.

[x] _____2012______________________________ Federal income tax returns, IRS printout, or Letter 1722 issued by

the IRS.

[x] _____2012______________________________ W-2 forms(s) or IRS Tax Transcript(s).

We received this checklist today and was instructed to bring the new I-864 form during the interview in Manila, Philippines. Here is the story, my mother in-law is the petitioner of her husband and she is unemployed; therefore, she didn't file her tax return since she arrived in the U.S. Should we only provide an explanation letter reason for not filing her tax return? We included this letter in her first I-864, then later we mailed another two I-864 which I believe NVC lost the letter since we sent many forms from the past few months.

First, should she check off Item 13 (federal income tax return) even she didn't file her tax return or she'll leave it empty.

Second, can she submit the letter of explanation for not filing tax return and ignore the rest that says, 2012 IRS schedules, Federal income tax returns, and 2012 W2's since she's unemployed?

Third, what is the IRS schedules? I tried to search this at irs.gov website and can't find it.

Thank you.

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)

Submit the letter of explanation for not filing tax return and ignore the rest that says, 2012 IRS schedules, Federal income tax returns, and 2012 W2's since she's unemployed. You might need to submit i864 filled by sponsor as mother is unemployed. Some one should sponsor him (Petitioner is MUST to submit i864). Therefore file 2 i864, one for petitioner and 1 for sponsor. Most of the lines in letters are stereotyped and confusing, therefore ignore it.
