K1: I-485 & I-131: How soon can you travel outside USA?

We got the K1 visa.
About filing form I-485 and form I-131 at the same time.

How long does it tke for I-131 to be approved?
For example: can the spouse travel outside the USA while the I-485 is still pending?

Do the forms I-485 and I-131 get aproved at the same time? Or does the I-131 get approved earlier?


Some say that I-485 can take years to get approved. Does that mean that I-131 will also take years to get approved?
Does that mean the spouse CANNOT TRAVEL outside USA during this time?

I-131 gets approved earlier. It takes about 90 days to be approved. You can travel once I-131 is approved and in your hands.
