i can understand your pain i have been through it myself CSC

but you have only been waiting about 3 months it took us over 6 months to get ours i have just been approved my visa at the embassy after a 9 month journey for us so be prepared to wait a little longer

im sure people have said its a 6 month journey to get your visa and that rarely happens

to pass the time start getting your documents ready police records (ACPO) affidavit of support proof of relationship american and british passport pics

it will help pass the time till you get that NOA2

you can even get your shots done prior so you dont need them for adjustment of status in the usa plus its free

just enjoy the journey

it will all come together in the end

Sorry to hear that.

My partner and I submitted the I-129F plus the rest of the stuff the 12th of May this year, and we're still waiting :(

It's already more than 5 months, and according to them, they're working on cases submitted at the end of April. When I already know lots of people who submitted the application in July and they have already been approved.

I understand you very well. I feel very nervous every day. I was hoping to be with the love of my life by christmas. Now I know it won't happen until february minimum.

The system the follow is completely unfair.

Oh my god bless you. I'm complaining and you two guys have been waiting so long. I'm sorry to hear that. I think me and you will be in the same boat. I'm so sorry I'm hoping to be with my love by February to. If you've waited five months my friend you should call them seriously. Can't believe they're making some wait so long.

Is your case also in California? Have you tried calling or sending an e-request? I'm afraid we'll go over the 5 months as well... Not too sure whether we should send an e-request now or actually wait a few more days. :/ I know it can take up to a month for them to read the e-request and do anything about it.

It's just so odd to see June filers getting their case moved to their NVC and booking their medical + interview while we just wait and see everyone else get their approval. I think they should respect the order in which they received the cases.

If they're really taking care of April petitions then yours should come within a month or so, as you filed at the start of May... and we got our NOA1 on the 3rd of June so not too sure when we'll get some kind of news.

Sorry for the rant!
