Can they just stop transferring stuff and just work. Good grief it takes 20 mminutes to adjudicate a petition. Come on USCIS ya'll have taken this way too far. I am so sorry people.

who all checked the workload at these facilities for the i130?? they are ALL VERY LOW... if not NON EXISTANT.... so hopefully as quick as these get in for the jan/feb/march peeps, they are processed immediately!!!! I will gladly wait 60 days for them to get through!!! no one should be kept apart this long for their significant other!!! what a shame !

I am also filing the 601A. Just sent our I-130 this month. It was accepted on October 2nd and the receipt letter came from Overland Park. Look at your receipt that you received around 6/16/13 the actually letter you got in the mail, it will tell you where it was approved from.

To me, this is the right move, of course later than it should've been done.

I'm sure it's not working like this, but what they should be doing is clearing off everyone's desk at all 3 of these centers where they've been working on everything else except citizens' immediate relatives, and lay down a nice fat stack of I-130s for them to plow through.

we are Feb filler two the new upadte in our case say this " On October 17, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address."
